Estate # 7 Domaine de Mont Jean nestled into the mountain side with private beach access onto a white sandy beach on Marigot Bay. Snorkel, swim and enjoy the beach. Marigot Bay is in a marine protected area and there is a great reef at the opening. The villa is built in two structures
Estate #7 is divided into two buildings Villa La Belle Aurore main villa has two large entertaining rooms, dining table to seat 14 , large American style swimming pool , private access to the beach. Attached to La Belle Aurore are 3 suites and 1 studio apartment. Maison de Britton is the second structure which has 1 suite and 2 apartments with kitchen and private terrace and its own swimming pool.

Estate # & Domaine de Mont Jean has four kitchens. The large kitchen in La Belle Aurore has space and modern appliances to cook for large groups. There are three additional full kitchens located in Suite #4, #5 and #7.
Large Galley style kitchen in La Belle Aurore. All modern appliances and pass through to the bar.
Oven Microwave, gas 4 burner stove and double wide refrigerator freezer.
Galley Kitchen, lots of space with marble floors.
Kifi Garden Studio Kitchen. Sink has view over the garden and ocean.
Refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, microvave.
Britton's Bungalow kitchen opens onto the terrace. There is a large refrigerator
and seperate freezer, electric oven, mircorwave, dishwasher and stove.
Fluffy Garden Studio has a full kitchen with gas stove, full refrigerator
and
freezer, oven and sink with a great view. The kitchen is large.

Reservation Terms: We will accept a reservation with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 45 days in advance of arrival. To request a reservation send an email to Vanette@wanadoo.fr with the dates you would like to reserve and the number of bedrooms. Vanette will send you a reservation confirmation document that you can send with your deposit payment. . All rentals are based on a maximum of double occupancy per bedroom. We do have a crib and high chair that is available.
Holiday Reservations: If you are interested in booking between December 15th - January 10th, 2006 please send an email to Vanette@wanadoo.fr to discuss availability. The rental rate during holidays is $35,000 per week. There is generally a 2 week minimum booking term. |
